Delete your account

You can permanently delete your Enike account, and every piece of health data in it, at any time. Pick whichever way below suits you. You do not need to keep the app installed.

What is deleted

Everything, immediately. Your account details, crisis history, daily health logs, vitals, hydration, cycles, care plan and its share links, emergency contacts, partner links, and the devices registered for notifications are removed from our database the moment you confirm. There is no grace period and we cannot restore a deleted account.

• Backups that contain your data are rotated and are typically purged within 30 days.
• Diagnostic / crash data (when enabled) is kept by our error-reporting processor for up to around 90 days.
• SMS delivery logs are kept by our SMS providers only as needed to deliver messages and meet their legal obligations.

Option 1: in the app

1. Open Enike and go to Settings.
2. Under Account, tap Delete Account.
3. Type DELETE to confirm.

Option 2: here, with your email and password

For accounts created with an email address and password.

Forgot your password? Reset it from the app's sign-in screen, or use Option 3.

Option 3: by email

If you signed up with Google or Apple (so you have no password), or you cannot use the options above, email privacy@sicklecompanion.app from the address on your account with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm it is you and delete the account within 30 days, then reply to tell you it is done.
